                   Zhao Guoang, on behalf of the CPC Committee of Haisum, held a thematic talk on honest occupation with the leadership team of Chengdu company. Zhang Qing, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Chengdu company, made a statement on behalf of the leadership team of Chengdu company.

                   Chen Rongrong introduced his thoughts on organizational reform, enterprise operation and core competitiveness, and elaborated on the organizational reform of Haisum and the core contents of the 14th Five-year Plan from five aspects of “problem orientation, target lead, reform assistance, innovation empowerment and focusing on action”.

                   Zhang Qing mainly made a report on the production, operation, key projects, market expansion, and other work of Chengdu company from January to May, as well as the company’s “14th Five-year Plan” and next-step working ideas.

                   Chen Zhiming required that the leadership team of Chengdu company should go deep into the forefront, and enhance the guidance to the departments in charge; and the head of each department, as the main responsible person, should take the responsibility. Before the revision of the company's management system, the company should conduct more investigation and communication, and after the implementation, the company should publicize and explain more, so as to make the reform play a greater role, with the understanding and support from employees.                    Chen Rongrong required all leaders, leaders and employees of Chengdu company to draw upon all useful opinions, bind together, carefully sort out core competitiveness, think over the room for improvement in the future, strengthen the learning of excellent experience from external enterprises and fraternal companies, and focus on the implementation of the “14th Five-year Plan”.

Zhao Guoang stressed that the situation was imminent, and it was imperative to focus on the operation; Chengdu company should seize the opportunity from development of Sichuan-Chongqing Economic Circle, overcome difficulties, give full play to the advantages of the southwestern central region, and speed up the pace, to realize leapfrog development. And he proposed requirements and hopes for Chengdu company from three aspects. First, thoroughly learn from the “14th Five-year Plan” of Poly Group, SinoLight Corporation and Haisum, to fully realize the planning objectives of Chengdu company.
