            On December 22, the CPC Committee Deputy Secretary and the President of Haisum Chen Rongrong and the Vice President Zhou Yuan and other leaders visited Nanning company for giving instructions on the reform of the organization and convening the cadre meeting. The meeting was presided over by Peng Xiaoping, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Nanning company.

            At the meeting, Chen firstly made a keynote speech on "Thinking on the Reform and Planning of Nanning company". Chen analyzed the challenges of Nanning company in the face of the current development from the aspects of business performance, organizational management, technology innovation, sustainable development, cadres and talents breeding, and reflections on crisis. Meanwhile he pointed out the direction of Nanning company's reform from the aspects of enterprise management mode reshuffling, core competitiveness improvement and intelligent digital platform construction. Chen also indicated that Nanning company should face up to the problems and resistances in the reform and development by continuing the organizational reform, re-engineering processes and working together for a fresh start.  

            Chen reiterated that technology is the primary productive force, talent is the primary resource, and innovation is the primary driving force. High-quality professional planning capabilities, organizational capabilities, product reengineering and integration capabilities, and digital and intelligent transformation capabilities are the core competitiveness that enterprises need to achieve. So Nanning company should carry out brainstorming, break the inertial thinking, and find another roadmap for corporate development. We all should think and explore together. Only by thinking and exploring more can we grasp "determination" in an "uncertain" world that leads to success.  

            Zhou Yuan also shared the successful cases of Haisum's headquarters reform and the valuable experience of overseas EPC projects, which provided important theoretical and practical guidance for Nanning company's next organizational reform, process reengineering, and business development. Zhou pointed out that it is necessary to create high-value products by improving the technical level, improve work efficiency by upgrading operation methods, expand market share by improving corporate brands, give employees more returns through the growth of per capita output value, and create a workplace that employees are satisfied with through concept renewal for the sake of the vision of enterprise reform.

            Peng Xiaoping made a statement. Peng thanked the leaders of China Haisum for their analysis and alertness to the problems and difficulties faced by Nanning company, as well as their encouragement and guidance for the reform and development of Nanning company.
