Recently, the China Engineering Construction Association of Light Industry announced the list of candidates selected for the National Engineering Survey and Design Master Talent Pool (Third Edition of the Survey and Design Masters in the Light Industry Sector) for the year 2022. Out of the total of 12 professionals selected for this prestigious honor in the light industry sector, China Haisum and its affiliated units secured nine spots.

Chen Rongrong, a professor-level senior engineer and a national Class I registered structural engineer, currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., as well as the Chairman of the China Engineering Construction Association of Light Industry. With nearly forty years of experience in managing light industry engineering projects, Chen has been committed to promoting the digital transformation of the light industry engineering sector.
Xie Xianguo, a professor-level senior engineer and a registered electrical engineer, has over thirty years of experience in engineering design and management. He has successfully led numerous major project designs and engineering contracting projects. The designs and general contracting projects under his leadership have received national-level bronze awards, provincial and ministerial-level outstanding design and consulting awards, as well as national-level engineering contracting bronze key awards. Xie has also published several research papers on engineering design and management in core industry journals, making significant contributions to the transformation of the light industry sector from traditional design to engineering contracting businesses.
Peng Xiaoping, having served as the chief designer for multiple cogeneration projects and as the general manager of general contracting projects, is an expert-level leading talent in the field of thermal power engineering. The major projects he has led have received accolades such as the China Construction Industry Association's Construction Engineering Luban Prize (Overseas Projects), the Excellent Design Award from the National Light Industry Association, and the Excellent Design Award from the China Engineering & Consulting Association.
Wang Jin has been engaged in architectural and planning design work for nearly thirty years. He actively contributes to national urbanization and advocates for green and energy-efficient buildings, and has led or participated in over a hundred large and medium-sized industrial and civil projects, with more than twenty important public buildings and high-end residential projects designed by him having received national, provincial, and ministerial-level awards for excellent engineering design. Additionally, Wang has twice been awarded the Zhan Tianyou Gold Award for Excellent Residential Areas, and the projects completed under his leadership have obtained the first Residential Building Green Three-Star Design Label in Central China. Beyond that, he also enjoys special subsidies from the Hubei Provincial Government.
Wen Chaohui has been involved in nearly a hundred engineering consulting and design projects and has served as the project manager and design manager in over 20 projects. Several projects under his leadership have received awards for excellent engineering design and excellent consulting achievements at the provincial and ministerial levels. He holds three patents and has been honored with the title of "Outstanding Communist Party Member of Central Enterprises" by the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
Li Fang has specialized in the comprehensive disposal of solid waste, especially in the field of household waste, for over two decades. He has led the engineering consulting and design work for more than fifty waste-to-energy projects and has received numerous awards, including the Zhan Tianyou Award for Civil Engineering, the Luban Prize, the National Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievement Award, the Excellent Engineering Consulting Award in the light industry sector, and the Excellent Engineering Design Award in the light industry sector, among others. He has also contributed to the compilation of standards such as the Operational Management Specifications for Household Waste Incineration Plants in Guangdong Province and the Technical Regulations for Household Waste Incineration Plant Construction Projects and holds multiple patents.
Xu Lingtong has extensive engineering experience in the light industry sector, particularly in the areas of pulp and paper manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, and fine chemicals. He has led design teams to complete design tasks for nearly ten large and medium-sized projects, earning over ten awards for excellent engineering design in the light industry sector; contributed to the compilation of four national, local, and group standards, reviewed two national standards, and published multiple research papers; received honorary titles such as "Top 10 Outstanding Craftsmen in Shanghai's Production and Service Industry" and "Top 10 Craftsmen of China Poly Group".
Zhang Wenjing has been engaged in engineering design work for over thirty years, completing nearly a hundred engineering design projects. Zhang has served as the project leader for more than thirty large-scale projects and has received over ten awards in the light industry sector, including the Excellent Design Award, Excellent Engineering Project Management Award, Excellent Engineering Project General Contracting Award, and LEED Gold Award. Zhang has also contributed to the compilation of multiple light industry standards, company technical standards, and local standards in Guangdong, playing a leading role particularly in the fields of cold chain logistics, cold processing of food, electronics and appliances, new energy, energy conservation, and environmental protection.
He Jiaxin has been deeply involved in the field of medical and health care for over twenty years, leading teams in the implementation of over thirty hospital projects. She has received over ten awards for excellent engineering design in the light industry sector, as well as the National Engineering Construction (Survey and Design) Excellent QC Group Award and the Excellent Engineering Project General Contracting Award. She has edited six architectural monographs, contributed to multiple industry standards, and published over twenty research papers. In addition, she has been honored with titles such as "China's Top 10 Hospital Architects" and "Outstanding Figure in China's Medical Architecture Design of the Year".
